Look at the order to see if there is a delivery attached to it. If there is, double check to make sure it is what you ordered.

If there is no delivery attached to the order, you should be able to contact Fiverr CS with your order number and they should be able to help you from there.

It wouldn't hurt to reach out to the seller as well.
