Hi everyone, I hope you're all well. I'm sure that this has been covered before but I couldn't find it. I need advice on what to do and say to my customer. He's booked a gig package that is for 10 slides (or less). But the problem is that he's got 36 slides that he wants me to design. He's new to Fiverr, so I don't want to put him off but I can't do that amount of work for a third of my price. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

To be honest the only way is to communicate:

1. reach out to the client and give him a choice: “Hi, you purchased a package of 10 slides please let me know which slides from your requirements you want me to choose or I can send you a custom offer for x$ to cover all slides”

2. if you client will come back with first or second option - great. If they don’t, unresponsive or declined both then reach out to support and ask them to cancel your order as your client ordered wrong package and doesn’t have budget to upgrade.
That’s it

Yes it might be a problem with sellers or buyers to i suggest drop a message to buyer and Crete a new order with 10 slides and cancel the older one by Fiverr support.

Why does she need to cancel the order if she can just deliver 10 slides in the order that the client placed for 10 slides?
