Order or Message box

Hello all the forum! Is order section or message box are the same, when someone completes his/her project, from which line it should be send to the buyer by seller when someone send it to the buyer then is any chance to ignore it after downloading the completed project file by the buyer ? I would be thankful if someone explain the whole process in detail. thank you

Message box just for general discussion related to start a project or after the project completed.

After you receive an order, It's better to keep all the conversation within the order page. so you can easily check all the info there.
Once the project is done, initiate delivery through the order page "Deliver Now" button on the top right of the order page.
