Hi community, Hope you are going good. But I'm upset😒, Because I have uploaded 5 gig in fiverr 12 days ago. I haven't received any order yet. This is my gigs condition result. Please give me your valuable opinion what can I do.

As long as it's clearly seen that you got one order and cancelled in the meantime, so your GIG already down. This is just a matter of sorrow, once an order cancelled from a new seller, it will take a bit time to get orders again. Keep sharing your gigs on social media, send buyer requests properly. Hope to get orders soon.

The client gave that order. This job doesn't go with my gig. And I couldn't do the job. I did it for one day but I couldn't .... After that I canceled.

That implies that there's something wrong with your gig description and/or packages.

Also, you're breaking the Fiverr ToS by offering 'lifetime support'.

Misleading Services
Do not post, offer, or ask for: [...]
Services that promise outcomes that are not in your control
In certain instances, sellers may be tempted to promise outcomes of their service which is not in their control. For example, guaranteeing to restore your Amazon account or promising an exact amount of viewers for a YouTube video by its digital promotion. Please refrain from promising outcomes that are not in your control because it misleads buyers.

You offer things that are 'too good to be true'. And, as the saying goes "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is."
