PLZ HELP ME! Client wants this kind of check box in his Shopify Store pre-products. How could I do this if someone gave me a little idea.

you will need to add an input field to pre order form and you need to edit the theme for this to enable the checkbox but it also depends on what theme you are using. if you are a shopify partner go and ask in the forum. you will get plenty of help in there
