Hello @lingkon309

If a buyer has put order to you and did not submit the requirements then most likely, your clock will not be ticking and the order will be under incomplete category.

However, it is your obligation to reach out the buyer and ask for the requirements and then start the order.

Moreover, if the order has started and clock is ticking then on the very first, I will suggest you to put the matter in front of Customer Services of Fiverr. They will be looking into the matter and thus not affecting the rating of your profile.
