I’m having an issue with my account where I can’t upload files or send messages on the order page. While I can send messages in the inbox, I’m also unable to upload files there. what i need to do please give me suggestions.
 
i received error "

Unable to Send Messages and Files on order page and I can send message in inbox but can't upload files. on mobile everything is fine. what will be the reason and how to resolve it?
