Are tiktok pre-roll ads Full Broadcast or just Commercial?

I tend to be more lenient with broadcast rights for smaller businesses so I'm not too worried about charging my client, but it would be good to know for the future.

I usually charge for Full Broadcast Rights on pre-roll YouTube ads but a little confused about tiktok.

TikTok ads are just a momentary finger-flick of a nuisance. 😅

Advertisers pay to occupy slots on TikTok feeds, so that would technically make it a "paid broadcasting channel," therefore requiring full broadcasting rights, or at least that would be my personal call on it.

Thanks bud! Before I could even get the words out, the buyer cancelled the order because $5 commercial rights were "too expensive" 😂
