At first please relax your mind because it will increase your concentration with your buyer

Here's what I do and would advise you/everyone to do:

1. Greet the buyers first (Suggestion: No need to call them Sir/Madam, you can simply say Hi or Hi {First Name} if provided.
2. Take your time to read and clearly understand the message or job description details provided
3. Ask questions about the things you don't understand in the message
4. Ask for the budget and duration they want the tasks to be completed
5. Offer your price and estimated time
6. Keep them posted about the progress on the task
7. Deliver ahead of time with great quality
8. Send out a follow up text that you've delivered and ask them if they need more assistance with the delivered order.
