I’m trying to leave feedback but it won’t let me submit

I have a video editor I’ve been working with for a while and I wanted to leave feedback after a delivery and it won’t let me. Is it because I waited too long? The “submit” button is dim/not functioning.

How can I leave the feedback, the editor did a great job and I want to make sure he gets his 5/5 rating!

For Buyers 

Once you click Accept & Review Order, you can provide feedback on your order. Feedback can be provided up to 10 days after the order is marked as complete. Once this timeframe is over the option to add feedback will no longer be available for either buyers or sellers.
