Under basic budget

I earn a new order under basic budget. Will it affect the gig rank? Rank up or down?

Like your basic Gig price is, e.g., $10, and you did a custom order for, e.g., $8?

Don't worry about stuff like that for your "ranking". Any order that you do well and brings in money, and ideally a good review on top, is good. The only thing to worry about is whether the budget you agreed to, is enough to make it worthwhile for you, and that depends on a lot of factors. Some people wouldn't boot their rig for $8, for others it's decent money, or a foot in the door.
