Is this apply to the scenario below:

An employee (teacher) wants a seller to summarize the given content *modified it* for the job statement in a university. As per view it doesn't involve a student, marks, grades, assignments, tests, quiz or anything that can actually go against the official terms of conditions of Fiverr on academic work, where they clearly state that:

By partaking in doing someone else’s academic work (which is likely to be submitted as the student’s own work) or engaging in acts of plagiarism/unauthorized copying, your service is in violation of schools’ Honor Codes and constitutes copyright infringement. This behavior can lead to the suspension or expulsion of students. Fiverr does not allow this type of fraudulent activity, and it is not permitted on our platform.

1. It's risky, and you could get banned for doing it.

2. The teacher you mention is supposed to be able to write their own personal statement. It's called personal statement for a reason. How are they going to work at a university if they're unable to express themselves and summarize content? How are they going to teach anyone?

So, it's a job application. Like to Walmart or Ikea or Target, but instead the job is at a school?

I still wouldn't risk it. Even job applications for a college-level teacher position, if they can't find colleagues to help them... You don't know for sure that it's not a student lying. Plus, I sure wouldn't want to be taught by a professor who needed help with their job application from a freelance seller. (No offence to you.)
