Have been getting direct messages but they are not converting 

what should I do?

I guess evaluate your conversation and see if you were able to address the pain points of your customers in your response. Could be they didn't feel comfortable with the price, scope, etc

I don’t copy anyone’s post. Actually I don't understand what he want to know.  I just want to help him and also told him to clearly explain what he want to know about this topic. That's it.

Make sure that you are chatting with them in a very professional way and try to impress your clients using of your portfolio then there is very huge chances that he will give you an order

You should report every message with contact information - this is against Fiverr ToS
