Net income cannot be withdrawn

My net income on Fiverr is 321.90 $. It seems that I cannot withdraw this amount. See the attached screenshot. Do you think it is a bug ?

Maybe or Maybe not. You Better ask to Contact Support. They will tell you the exact reason

Your funds is pending for clearance. You can withdraw after 14 days from the completion date of an order.
