My experience on fiverr at my first order

Hi everyone ! I'm Shejuty Abori. 

After 2 hours of  publishing my new gig I got an order from a buyer of USA. It was my first order on Fiverr. At that moment I was very happy. But when I had started the work given by the buyer, then I saw that the user id & password of his website not working. Then I told him about the issue, but he told me- " I can't send you the domain & hosting access. I did the best I could with providing you the link and my login credential." Then I told him that without his credentials I would not be able to work on his website. Then at one stage I went to fiverr support and cancelled the order.
