Question
liolionel
Hello. Help please
I spoke with a seller and told him I needed a little app. He gave me a general price of $ 60. I placed the order in the meantime, but didn't send him any details about the project (even not the name). So he cannot know what I want to do or have as a result. Considering how complex the project is, when I was writing the requirements, I decided to cancel my order first in order to integrate the seller later by giving him just a specific part of the project.
Now that I want to cancel the project, he refuses each time, telling me that he spent $ 40 to buy something (I have never see) when he hadn't started the project and he hadn't received any details.
So my money is stuck on fiverr. Help me find a solution. This is a case of outright scam. Thank you
