What do I need to do to get the first order?

Active fiverr as much as you can. 

Send buyer request daily minimum 2. 

Also active fiverr forum.

1. Create more gigs with proper research to get more buyer requests,

2. Send buyer request perfectly,

3. Be active on Fiverr as much as possible,

4. Search on Fiverr forum "new seller tips". You will get effective tips.

5. Moreover, patience is very important.
