Show delivered work not appearing as an option for buyer?

Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this reported? I have several of my buyers saying they couldn't see the option. Is there a reason for this? I always attach a showcase png plus the files in a .zip - I have missed out on a lot of good work not being shown because of this 😞
