Custom offer price reduces by $1

I sent a custom offerof $30 dollars but when the buyer accepted, it shows that the order is for $29. The buyer paid in full $30. 

What should I do and any idea why is this appening?

Yes, I've noticed this happening sometimes - it's probably a  🐛 Keep a close eye on your pricing for custom offers.  When it happens, put the price up using the little arrows next to the price on the offer screen.

I am sorry I don't understand. You mean up my custom offer price by $1?

Alternatively, it might have something to do with tax. Though, I think that's not calculated until after an order is complete.

I am on INR. 

Yes, tax is collected after the order is complete which s why this confused me.
