Gigs are rotated regularly on Fiverr. New sellers sometimes get a boost at the beginning, but then they have to stand on their own two feet, like all the rest of us. 

FIverr will rank the gigs that sell, because those are the gigs that make money for Fiverr. If you're not earning them money, you will drop down in the search results. 

It's your responsibility to run your own business properly, so people want to buy from you. If you fail at that, you need to revisit your business strategy.
