Hi - I took a look at your 1st gig - real estate site creation. If this is directed at 'realtors' in the US, for example, you've let yourself down straight away. They do not sell "products", they sell "properties or homes".  You need to speak the language your target customers understand or you won't get far. Grammar etc also needs to be addressed...
