Why am I not seeing any feedback button?

I have delivered an order on September 11, 2021. Today I saw that order is completed. When I go for giving the feedback and check what my client have given, I found no feedback button or link in my order page. 

What could be the problem? Have any one faced it?

Customers can mark the order as complete but choosing not to leave a review. That really sucks since reviews are VITAL to us sellers, but it is up to them to leave it or not, and i is against Fiverr TOS to go and insint on asking them to leave a review so I preventively suggest you not to do it.

Yep bro, I was about to write him in inbox. Then again check TOS and step back. I think Fiverr should not let client skip the review part since it is really important for us freelancers.

You should never ask a buyer to review, nor should you expect them to leave feedback. They paid for the order, and that's all they have to do. Do you leave a review on Yelp and Google every time you buy a coffee or groceries at the supermarket?
