NEW SELLER GIG IMAGE QUALITY

I want to increase the rate on my gig by means of the image on the gig using a high resolution. However, after I tried to upload a high-resolution image, the result was not sharp and blotchy when the thumbnail was small, very different from the seller who already has five stars. So my conclusion is that for new sellers, the display on the gig can't be clear. You guys just try to upload a high resolution, later the results will be spotting.
