How to recover from a negative review at the beginning?

First..., you need to respond at your negative review as professional as you can.

Explain to your potential customer what happens.., and explain that you are still willing to help  deliver a excellent services.

Beside that.., just try to get many order as much as you can with 5 star rate.

After getting a negative review, my all Gigs are drop down barely found in the top 20 pages. As well as can't send buyer request. As a new currently have no regular buyer. ( 5 order completed. 4 are 5* last one 2.7*

Other than what i said you can not find any options.

You can not correct or modify the negative review you got and no use of even thinking about the it. Perform well as i said above to get you next best review to over come with the past negative reviews.

I have received 54 negative reviews but still you can see my profile with 5 star rating.
