  9. hi, I have checked your gigs and i think you are referring about your UI UX design gig. The problem is now it is in the wrong category and no use of changing other thinks as this message will appear again unless you change it to the correct category. Correct Category should be "Graphics & Design > UX Design"

  15. For a particular service you must maintain only one gig. Maintaining multiple gigs for a same service will not benefit you. Also you can not be a top rated seller. If you are providing different services then you can maintain multiple gigs.
  16. What i understood is once you delivered the order buyer not accepted the delivery and cancelled it. But you have not accept the cancellation and you have declined it. Then again it will appeared as delivered. Now buyer can accept or cancel again within 3 days. If the buyer not responded for 3 days the order will be automatically marked as completed.
  17. I think its depends on the experience. An expert can find it out from the requirements or with very few questions.
  18. Fiver level promotion and demotion will be depends on your statistics and not depends on the Gig title. Check your stats that you will find out.

  20. This is a spam message and you should report this kind of messages as this is against the fiver terms. If you agreed to there terms then fiver will block your account too.
