I received a work order two hours ago. The buyer bought me a gig without chatting with me. I noticed that the buyer attached an Illustrator logo file to my order page. But sadly, when I download the file, it is an HTML file download. The buyer is not online. I have requested the buyer to file again. Order delivery time is 2 hours out of 24 hours. What can I do now?
