Cannot Finish Communication with Seller

Fiverr has not been sending my last messages to the seller. I like the seller's work and am almost ready to complete the order. The seller is asking about my status on the work he's done so far and is not receiving my messages.

I had a similar problem with another seller a week ago who had been communicating with me. After a few messages back and forth, I didn't hear anything else from him. Now I seem to be the person cutting off communication with this new seller. I am receiving messages that my messages could not be sent.

What is the problem? This is very frustrating and makes me question the value of using Fiverr.

Can you please attach a screenshot of that message that you are getting that your messages can not be sent?

Are you using your mobile to respond or desktop? From experience, through mobile I noticed messages don't come through and I have to send them again.
