Anyone see this notice in Fiverr Forum? Will this negatively affect sellers' order numbers? Please Share you opinion about this.

Almost certainly.  If the number of ways to pay is reduced then the number of people that can potentially pay is also reduced.  Some customers don't like to use anything but credit cards.
