What I DO new buyer send me email first message ?do i report it without reply?

hi some new buyer send me email her first message .but i reported her and after i reply her telling " i only work  use fiverr site" .

is that any wrong it??

and is that any problem my profile ?

how do i faced like that someone send email .??

You did the right thing! You shouldn’t get banned or warned for that, since you didn’t use the email and you reported the buyer’s message.

Unfortunately, there are buyers out there who will ask to communicate through the email (even if they know if against the TOS).

You can simply and kindly tell him/her that it is forbidden to send emails or communicate outside Fiverr, maybe he/she does not know it.
 If he/she insists, you can then report him/her.

I also face that same type problem one day and warned him.
