hlw guys hope you are doing well recently i face a problem on my seller profile it is showing always green active icon without refresh my browser why its happening ????

Is that a problem that fiverr shows you online when you are online? If you don’t refresh your page your page is static and will be showing what’s already there but you might be already shown offline for all other users
