Buyer not providing Significant Info

When you created your Gigs, did you fill out the part that is called REQUIREMENTS? (it would be under the pricing tab when you edit your Gig) I think it is a toggle you can turn on or off - if you fill this out with what you NEED before you can even start an order, this will help you gather the necessary things. The order will NOT start until the buyer provides the requirements.

In this case though, as mentioned by UK, all you can do now is on the order page to the right - click on the Resolution Center and ask the buyer to Extend the Delivery Time due to not receiving enough information - and then ASK the buyer what you need to know to proceed.

Just so you know, the buyer does not have to agree to extend the time - and it can go late (even though it is not your fault), but, in my experience, most buyers are nice enough and understand when this happens and will extend the delivery date.
