Annoying customer

Hello so i have 1 customer who is keeps making new fiverr account and spamming me messages that he reported me anyone know what should i do?

Just open a support ticket and tell them the story and mention all the usernames that person used to contact you. I recently had such a buyer and Fiverr banned all of the new accounts that they created except the original one. but of course still there's a chance of them doing it again.

I had a stalker on Fiverr about a year ago that went on for months. Customer Support was extremely helpful and investigated the buyer. Keep in mind that Customer Support can't reveal any sensitive information about other fiverr users so they won't keep you updated after you submit the ticket - but they helped me, so I'm sure they'll help you too 🙂
