Suppose you went to a store to buy something for yourself, now that shopkeeper is not in the store. Will you wait for him? Definitely go to another store. Similarly, if you are not online, no one will message you for his work.

Depending on the type of service you provide, try to display samples of your best works on your gig. Especially if you are a new seller with few reviews to back up your claims.
