The services in high demand during lock-down might not be that useful unless you take into account the amount of competition for those services.

eg. logo design probably has the most demand during that time but has so much competition that you’d probably be better creating a service in a different category.

It also doesn’t take into account profitability or your skills.

But my guess would be services like logo design, graphics for streamers, voice over, illustration, video editing, and virtual assistant (where you have a gig) probably has quite a lot of demand too (but also a lot of competition).
