Why my response rate suddenly down from 80% to 75% without any new messages?

Hy everyone,

I have not been so quick in responding to messages due to Fiverr app doesn’t run in background on my phone. But recently I have been very active and responding quickly to new messages. My response rate was 80% for last 7 days but without receiving any new messages it’s now down to 75%. Why is that? What I did wrong? I need guidance.

Because your response rate is based on the last 60 days.

Some days that you had a good response rate fell off the most recent 60 days and that let your ration slip.
