I have an issue regarding withdrawing funds
 3 months ago when we were asked for out tax numbers etc , i decided not to give them, so fiverr deactivated my account ( as expect it) and told me that in 3 months i will get an email telling me how to withdraw my funds. 

I received that email 3 days ago, telling me that when i click on the link provided i will have 7 days to withdraw the funds 

I logged in today to make the withdraw. i went into Earnings > Withdraw balance and all options ( PayPal, bank etc ) are disabled .. 

I contacted support explaining to them and providing screenshots and all i got back was a generic response telling me to go to the Withdraw balance page and choose a method.. although i told the that all options are disabled..! 

I wrote back again, pinpointing the issue exactly.. and now i wait.. 

is there anything else i can do except waiting?
 After the 7 days, will i still be able to log into site? ( yes i already got the "Your account is temporarily disabled" mail.. and i still see it in top of page.. ) but if the withdrawn options are not enabled , how i will make the withdraw? 

if any mod sees this and can help.. please HELP!
