Should i close old Fiverr account and create a new one?

Hi, I have a 4.3 rating with 6 reviews on my existing Fiverr account. I had completed 13 orders and my earning was $368.66. there is a poor rating and feedback on it. it’s been a year, no order on my account. I need a suggestion, what should i do, should i create a new account and close the existing account?
