"No more Level One status": But why?

So I received a message saying " your account no longer meets the requirements for Level One status." just because I, AND THE BUYER" agreed in not doing a gig cos the logo he sent me has too low resolution?
This is ridiculous!

It’s an automatic process. If you drop below the requirements then yeah, that’ll happen.

Nothing you can really do about it unfortunately.

In cases like this always contact CS to cancel for you because you might have been lucky and been able to get it cancelled without it hitting your completion rate, which is presumably the reason you’ve lost your seller level. Don’t worry too much, in 60 days it will all be back to normal providing there are no more cancellations and you’ll get the level back.
