Not a Big Issue, Just Curious

Here I come with some question, not a big issue, just curious.
When I finish a job and Buyer mark it as completed, sometimes I don’t have any option to review the order. I can’t leave any star or write any review.
It usually happened when Buyer leave a tip, but not always. Sometimes, if buyer leave a tip, I can still leave any review.

Is there any other seller who experience the same thing?
Just want to hear about your thought.

It’s not a glitch. A seller may only review a buyer if the buyer first reviews the seller, which doesn’t always happen.

Reviews are entirely optional, and if a buyer doesn’t want to leave one, then that’s that.
