Why is there no pop-up notification when I have a new inbox message?

Sometimes it doesn’t appear when you are using other tabs. I also face this issue, but when i switch back to the fiverr’s tab from my browser. It then notify me.

I rated fiverr mobile app with “1 Star” on playstore due to this issue. But make sure your “Sync” settings are “ON” on your smartphone. So that your all accounts on your mobile can be regularly refreshed.
