benedictrm Posted April 5, 2021 Share Posted April 5, 2021 You can ask for an extension but honestly if the buyer is so disinterested in this job, you are probably better off asking CS to Cancel as there is no job.Then build a proper Requirement Form that makes what you need very clear. If the customer doesn’t fill that in properly and send what you need - what they need for you to deliver the right outcome, you ask them and then a day or so later go to CS and cancel.🙂 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
