I try to change my number on fiverr but it keeps saying incorrect

Hello, I want to change my account phone to a new phone, I try putting the old number which is correct, I’m very sure of that but it keeps saying incorrect and try to contact the support No response

Please has anyone come across the same issue what can I do please, Thanks

Probably you need to contact CS about this one, sometimes the system doesn’t work when you want to change phone numbers!

Just contact them and you’re good.

Same problem is having with me, i cant get my verification and says incorrect onld number when try to change number.

Contact with Fiverr support they will solve this. Fiverr is the Best!..

Write the Support.

If they do not answer within 48 hours... well, write them again and again. For 20% commission you should at least expect a working support.
