Read the rules about this. You need specific metrics for the promoted GIG option and your GIG or your account is not complying with that metrics.

If when you are on your Dashboard you do not see a link (it will be at the top of the page) to PROMOTED GIGS, then your Gigs do NOT qualify. When they do, that link will be added to your dashboard.

Why do you feel your Gigs are qualified when they clearly are not since you do not have this link?
