Page froze and got rid of all or my work

Hello, fiver forum. I was updating one of my gigs and I saved the changes about halfway through. Also, I pressed save to move on but nothing happened. So I tried a lot of things then I refreshing the page. This is where the problems happen. The title on the page before had not been saved, the package descriptions had not been saved, none of my changes had been saved. So that is about one and a half hours down the drain. If there is a way to fix this I am all ears. Thanks

It is advisable and recommended that before you make GIG or profile on Fiverr you collect all your data and info in word file and folders for each service you plan to offer.

Then you copy paste that in to Fiverr main site.

You should never type directly on the page but have all the text safe in word files.
