Any Tips Before Sending a Buyer Request?

I am a new seller. So i am having a hard time figuring out Buyer request. its a pretty a good tool to score a job
. But unfortunatly i dont know the characteristics of a effective Buyer request. So if you have any tips or ticrks to make a effective buyer request please share with me.
