If the gig doesn’t deal with video then upload a video eplaining your service. By doing this you will have a play icon whereas others wont. This will make you stand out. But make sure the video blows their mind.
Second is look at the tumbnails. And then design a thumbnail which is different from others. Like by using typography, hierarchy, or complementarty colors.
