Question about blocking a buyer

I want to know the following - I have a sneaky buyer who is trying to con me. I have delivered the work asked for in a timely manner and then the buyer requested the order to be cancelled with no explanation. We are now in a war of him requesting to cancel and me declining it. Customer support agrees that the order is delivered according to requirements but cannot force the buyer to accept the delivery. My question is: If the order is delivered, can I block this buyer and will it cause him not to be able to request cancellation again?

Yes. You could block the buyer and that means he can’t contact you again. You would have no further dealings with him
