Other Sellers gigs are running but my got TOS violation!

Hey guys,
This is what happened i created a gig on some niche; firstly that gig got approved but it was not coming in search results. So I contacted Fiverr and told them the issue. But I got a message saying that I violate their TOS. But I see other people providing the same service but not getting any violation! their gigs are fine and ranking too.

Why is that?

Don’t worry about the others even because their time is yet to come. Soon or later they will be deleted for the reasons you stated above.
