I am Mahafuz Islam from Bangladesh. I have one payoneer account which i already use to my other fiverr account. My old Fiverr account was restricted. Now I want to setup my Payoneer account with new fiverr account. is it will be any problem to withdrawal process?

No, you can not do this. You can not open new account if you breached Fiverr TOS and that is the reason for restriction.

Yes, and your account could get banned imidiatelly.

Please create a new payoneer, otherwise you might get banned. I am from Bangladesh too, You can post in “fiverr help Bangladesh” fb group, many Bangladeshi freelancer are there. They will help you for sure
