There are different types of queries, perhaps some problems have priority over others (or maybe some ticket categories are simply overburdened, and it takes longer for CS to answer them). lior100 Posted November 10, 2020 Author Share Posted November 10, 2020 i appreciate fiverr customer service response.I waited a lot of time and basically the answer was just an explanation of the problem and not even a suggestion for a solution. it seems they focus on being polite and not problem solving.
